  • Men’s Group – All men are invited to join others for lunch and conversation on the first Saturday of each month at 12:00 pm at Brady’s Grill in Peterborough.
  • The Trumpeteers Youth Group – Young people in grades 6-12 meet the first and third Monday of each month for fellowship and to plan projects in support of the community. Games, bowling, caroling, talent shows, prayer, music and service opportunities create bonds and vision among our church’s youth. Most members help with set-up and clean-up of a community supper which takes place just before Youth Group meetings.
  • Free Community Suppers – Volunteers serve a meal every Monday from 5:30-6:30 pm from September through the end of May. Approximately 100 people from the area attend each week.
  • Prayer Shawl Ministry – Women of the church knit handmade shawls to be given to members and friends of the church as needed in times of illness, stress, grief, or for joyous occasions.
  • Calling and Caring – Individuals make personal contact and visit with shut-ins or others who would benefit from that interaction.
  • Justice and Peace Action Group – Provides information and sponsor programs about local and national current issues.
  • Basketball – All ages are invited to play basketball in Fellowship Hall on occasional Sunday afternoons during the winter.
  • UCC Book Club – All members and friends invited to join in a monthly discussion meeting of a book chosen by the group.
  • Social Events – Programs to include all families of the church are planned by the Christian Education Committee or Women’s Fellowship and scheduled throughout the year.
  • Summer Theater Camp – Two week summer camp for children entering grades 2-5. This camp is open to all children in the community and results in a full musical production at the end of the two weeks.
